Developing a business mindset at an early age, Robert Litzinger naturally fell into a career of sales, business, and marketing.
At age twelve, Robert Litzinger began developing and learning smart business habits. He worked hard on creating his own business related to landscaping and other handy work around his town and neighborhood.
From there, Robert Litzinger went on to complete extensive training in a variety of fields to enhance his business, communication, and people skills.
From 1995 to 1997, he worked as a Marketing Director for ProCraft Carstar in Great Falls, Montana. As Marketing Director, Robert Litzinger visited 76 regional insurance agents each month, keeping the company’s products and message on their minds while providing each with a customized and individualized gift. He also monitored the company’s Customer Point Index (CPI) and helped save major clients by connecting and communicating with dissatisfied customers in a personalized way. Additionally, Robert Litzinger kept and maintained records related to topics and ideas for how the company could improve along with other follow up items.
A few years later, from 2003 to 2005, Robert Litzinger took on another role in the automotive industry as Assistant Fleet Manager Ford. Under this role, Robert Litzinger took on extensive training in a variety of areas including:
- Ford Sales Training
- Hybrid Training
- Training for ordering new custom customer vehicles from the factory
- Training to study customer habits, trends, and best practices
During his two years working with Ford, Robert Litzinger successfully sold over 140 Ford vehicles while always maintaining a very high personal customer service score.
Most recently, beginning in 2006, Robert Litzinger has taken on the role of Corporate Chaplain at Hardy Diagnostics. In this role he is responsible for working with the HR department and standing as a coach for employees and their families during difficult times or crises. He provides personalized coaching for employees related to a variety of topics including marriage, family, children, addiction, finances, and beyond. He also helps handle employee disputes and hosts company training sessions on finances and parenting. Robert Litzinger also takes time to meet personally with the CEO to ensure company success and his personal well being.
